4-bedroom, 2-bath home shared by four people and a few friendly miniature poodles. Everyone is respectful and cleans up after themselves.
Due to prior issues, no overnight guests are allowed. We are 420-tolerant, but prefer non-smokers. Great for people who value their privacy.
Based on the location, it’s ideal for hospital employees, LBCC/OSU students, and remote workers or gamers (fast fiber optic internet).

• Refundable deposit: $800 (installments available in $100/month payments if needed)
• If you genuinely enjoy keeping things tidy, we can discuss $200 off rent for light housekeeping.
