I have a room available in a beautiful historic loft in downtown Albany! I am a 25 year old OSU grad working full time and I have a cat that does not prefer other pets in the house. I am open to anyone or couples (that are willing to split 3 ways (which would make rent only $550!)), whether you are a student or professional, so long as you are neat, quiet, and mature! However, I would prefer no kids. It’s a beautiful loft within walking distance to any and everything downtown and is well worth the rent.
The place is 2500sqft and I have left the master vacant, which comes with a private bathroom and closet for anyone interested. There is central AC and heating, an in unit washer and dryer, a gas range, and a refrigerator and microwave, but no sadly dishwasher.
I currently have already or am working on decorating the common areas, but anyone interested would need to furnish their own room. Please contact me with any questions or inquiries you might have!
