Looking for a female roommate for my two bedroom apartment. Rent is $850 a month and that covers all of your portion of the utilities. 850 gets you in. It's a room if you want you can have the bathroom in the hallway because I've got my own, The living room is basically unfurnished. You bring your own furniture. I just require open communication and generally respectfulness while you're here. I do have visitors over from time to time so hopefully you're okay with that. Also I come with a 7-year-old husky who is very very sweet to people. I don't think we have room for more pets here though unfortunately.
About me: I am a mechanical engineering student at the school and I am out and about as much as I can be. I've started training for MMA at a local gym here, I am fairly open to communication and being friends with the people I live with. I prefer to have a positive living environment where we don't have a whole bunch of hostility and negativity.
