Shared house in north Corvallis available July 1st. Very close to groceries, bus stop, coffee, gym etc. House features a fenced in private back yard (great for dogs), washer/dryer, shared kitchen w/dishwasher and living room. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood w/ respectful neighbors and no crazies roaming about. Posted rate is with 4 people sharing the house. Currently we have 4, so the rent is only $612 per month plus shared bills (water, power, garbage & internet). I am a grad student with a dog (very friendly to other people and other dogs). I'd prefer people who are chill and want a place to focus on their studies and/or work and are respectful of others people with regard to noise, being messy etc. I'm not opposed to you having people over, but keep it under control. I have one room available, and feel free to ask me any questions or if you would like to see the place. The room is unfurnished (I lost the pic of of the empty room). 420 ok.
