Hello, since my roommate is returning home, I am searching for a male roommate, ideally a graduate student. There are two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms in this two-story townhouse. There won't be anyone in the living room. Therefore, if you'd like, you can leave your possessions there. The kitchen is roomy as well. Thus, the space is quite large. We have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, patio, and two storage rooms. Although I like to spend most of my time in my room, I occasionally want to hang out or have conversations. To maintain the area tidy and peaceful, I am glad to share the tasks. I always tidy up after myself. The location is accessible for in-person visits. Pets are not permitted.
