I am looking for a male roommate preferably a graduate student since my roommate is going back to his country. The place is a two-story townhouse with two bedroom and 1.5 bathroom. The living room will be empty and I stay in my room studying most of the time. So, you can keep your belongings there if you want to. The kitchen is also spacious. So, the place is really spacious. We have to two store rooms, patio, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We also have an on-site laundry. Two off-street parking spots are assigned to our unit. The bus stops are right around the corner. We also have many grocery stores and restaurants nearby in the walking distance. The neighbors are also pretty nice. I have been living here for years because the place is very affordable and very suitable for students who like to focus on their studies. The rent is $1150(will be 1200 starting from 03/01/2026) for the whole unit excluding electricity and the internet so it is $575 for each. Other neighbors have to give $1395 for the same place. We are eligible for that rent because I have been living here since before the rent was increased. The utility goes around $50 per month for the whole unit. To say a little bit about myself, I am an OSU alumni. I am very quiet, easygoing and cooperative. I do not smoke, drink or use any kind of drugs. I like to spend most of my time in my room but I am down to hang out or have chats sometimes. I am happy to share the chores and keep the place clean and quiet. I always clean up after myself. If you are someone who is quiet, mature, laidback and willing to keep the place clean and quiet(even if you are not a student), please reach out to me. It is a month-to-month joint lease. The place is open to in-person visits. Pets are not allowed. The place will be available starting from the start of December.
