I’m a graduating senior this spring, and I am looking for someone to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment right off the Monroe side of campus.
Details (amounts per person):
Rent: $925/month (includes water & gas)
Internet: $15/month
Electricity: ~$20–$30 in spring
Parking: $20/spot available
Lease: You can move in ASAP and have the option to resign for long-term once I move out. My current roommate can help cover all of April's rent, so the first month is free!
Why this place is great:
Very convenient location because it's just off campus, but quiet, despite being on a busy street
Central to everything on campus, making getting around a breeze
Bright and comfortable living spaces
Roommate vibe:
Preferably AFAB
Only ESA/service animals allowed (with documentation) per management
I value open communication, cleanliness, and consideration
