Located in NW Corvallis Skyline neighborhood on 0.35 acres at the edge of the McDonald-Dunn forest. Very quite and serene with lots of wildlife frequently passing through including deer, turkeys, many different birds, owls, etc. House is 5 bed 2 bath, 2600 sqft with lots of large windows, skylights, and a deck in the back. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Downstairs was just remodeled. Bedroom has lots of closet space with windows that look out to the forest. Rent is $680/month, utilities and comcast high speed internet are $100/month flat rate. First months rent and deposit of $780 for each is required at move in. Deposit is fully refundable. Lease is month to month. Proof of income and rental references required. The room is available 6/5/26.

About the roommates... All are in their 20s/30s, upper division students or work full time. They are respectful, keep the house tidy, and noise levels low.
