$550 per month for a medium sized bedroom in downstairs of house close to campus. No other utilities to pay for (I cover these). There are 1other people in the other bedrooms downstairs that has a kitchenette and shared bathroom with access to full kitchen upstairs. There is a separate entrance for the downstairs and street parking. There is a washer and dryer in the downstairs kitchen. Girlfriend and I live upstairs and everyone that lives here is a student/ employee of Oregon State and would prefer that whoever fills this room is as well. No pets please
