About the house:
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with a large deck, small fenced-in backyard, raised gardening beds if so inclined, and laundry in large garage. Tenants responsible for all utilities and yard care. Privately owned, kind and responsive landlords. Rent is stable and $2,200 per month total.
Asking $900 (plus utilities) for the secondary bedroom.
The room coming available at the end of February/beginning of March 2026 is approximately 9.8ft x 11.75ft, with a full size closet and large window, unfurnished. Housemate would have the full-size shared bath to themselves mostly, as I have a small private bath in the master. The 3rd room is currently being used as a home office, which can be shared and also has a full size closet.
One additional dog is a possibility, provided they get along with my dog and are approved by the landlords (pet deposit may apply). Unfortunately, no cats - I am allergic.
