$575 / 1br - Room for Rent - House with River View (Corvallis)

636 SE Crystal Lake Dr, Corvallis, OR 97333

Got a room available in my house that I think you'd really like. The place gets amazing natural light throughout the day and has a beautiful view of the river, which honestly never gets old. It's one of those things that makes coming home feel good.

## Location:
We're about 12 minutes from the university and 18 minutes to the hospital, so pretty convenient if you're connected to either place. The drive is easy too, not dealing with crazy traffic or anything like that.

## What you get:
Your own private bedroom obviously, plus access to all the shared spaces. There's a bathroom, dining room, and actually two living rooms so there's plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully accessible for cooking, and there's a washer and dryer in the garage so you can do laundry whenever.

## What's included:
Rent is $575 monthly and that covers electricity and internet, so no surprise bills or having to split utilities with roommates. Security deposit is $300.

## About pets:
Unfortunately no animals allowed in the house because of allergies. I know that's a dealbreaker for some people so wanted to mention it upfront. It's not negotiable - the allergies are pretty serious.

## About the house:
It's a really comfortable living situation. The river view is something special, especially in the morning with coffee or evenings when you just want to unwind. The light throughout the day makes the whole place feel open and welcoming.

I keep things pretty relaxed but clean. Looking for someone who's respectful of shared spaces and just wants a peaceful place to live. Previous roommates have been good people - mix of students and working folks who appreciated having a nice, quiet place to come home to.

## Next steps:
If this sounds like what you're looking for, send me your phone number so we can talk about the room and set up a time for you to see the place. I prefer to actually speak with potential roommates rather than just text back and forth.

When you message, tell me a bit about yourself - what you do, when you're looking to move, that kind of basic stuff. Nothing too detailed, just enough so we can see if it might be a good fit.

I usually get back to people pretty quick, especially if it seems like it could work out well.
