Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom house in NW Corvallis with me. You would have a 9x13ft room with newly installed windows. There is a shared main bathroom (I have a half bath in my room). There's a fenced backyard with a covered patio and a garage. There is a lot of space in the kitchen, and some available storage. The house is on a dead end, and we get lots of wildlife in the yard. There's a small garden you are welcome to work in. It's very bikeable. There's a small dog and a cat here. We can talk about it if you have pets. Your rent would be $800 a month plus utilities (up to $200 a month for power, water, internet, and waste bins). The deposit is $800. There are a washer and dryer that you can use.

Ideally my roommate would be a female identifying person who is responsible and will share in the chores. No offense to male types - I just feel more comfortable in my pajamas around other women. If you like crafting, birding, hiking, or gardening that would be fun too. I have a super sensitivity to fragrances like perfume, chemical soaps, and detergents, so please be someone that uses only natural products. My son and his partner stop by often. This is a liberal home that is LGBTQ and 420 friendly. I semi-self identify as a "hippie," and I'm an ecologist. Nature lovers, please apply :) No smoking inside, and please no tobacco smoke.
