¬¬Roommate wanted for a cute three-bedroom, one-bath house less than a mile from OSU and downtown Corvallis. Perfect for someone who does not have a car. There is on the street parking, but space can be VERY limited. No smoking or drugs, including Cannabis. There is an eight year old indoor/outdoor cat that is friendly to those she knows but is skittish towards others. There is no T.V. or cable and although I'm not 100% against having them, I don't want to pay for cable or have a T.V. that's always on. I am seeking someone who is quiet, tidy, mature, and LGBTQ friendly. About me, I am a 39-year-old woman working at KIDCO head start. My hobbies include dancing, reading, sewing, knitting, and cooking. I go to bed early and wake up on the early side so someone with the same sleeping habits would be nice. There is a washer and dryer onsite, Wi-Fi, a small garden area, and a small outdoor storage area. There is also AC in the communal area. Rent would be $700 plus utilities. Utilities fluctuate monthly but are usually between 140 to 180. Move in cost is first month's rent plus $400 security deposit. I am interested in someone who will want to stay long term.
