The Unit:

- 24 hour Laundry on site

- 3rd floor
- 1 year lease
- Available to move in August 1
- Rent is $700 a month + $700 security deposit and background check

- Full time OSU student
- Female, mid 30's
- Don't smoke/drink/weed/vape, etc.
You:
- Clean and tidy
- Good communicator
- Respectful, reliable, etc.
Bedroom is unfurnished; the rest of the unit is partially furnished. Much of what you see in the pictures is not included (belongs to current roommate).
Cats would be considered on a case by case basis (shots, etc) with an additional pet deposit. My cat is rather shy but I'm open to see if she'd get along with other cats. Sorry, no dogs.
