Hi, we've got two rooms available in a five bedroom, 1 bedroom shared house in a great location near OSU and Fred Meyer. The smaller room has double windows and double closets and close access to the bathroom. The larger room (currently occupied) is next to the living room and has close access to the kitchen.

The house has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a fenced backyard with bike storage. The house is located 3 blocks from Fred Meyer and a half mile from the north end of OSU's campus. Current roommates are OSU students and young professionals in their early 20s. The vibe is quiet and relaxed - this is not a party house.

Rent is $800/month and includes utilities, landscaping and professional bathroom cleaning. Available starting August 1st for a 1-year lease, no smoking/vaping and no pets. House is independently managed by the landlord.
