Looking for a housemate to share a three bedroom/one bathroom duplex near Kings and Garfield Ave. I am looking for someone who is either working or preferably in a Master's or PhD program, who enjoys a quiet house and being independent. Both rooms together are $800 a month total, plus utilities and wifi, and I am looking for someone who is willing to rent both rooms, perhaps one as a bedroom and one as an office.

Shared kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and cabinet space. There is space for a kitchen table as well. The living room is furnished with a couch and TV. There is a covered parking spot in the driveway available for the new tenant and a small shared backyard area. The house is heated, and there is a shared washer and dryer in the kitchen. Photos of rooms are not yet ready to share.

There is no security deposit, this is month to month, and the rooms will become available starting October 1.
