We have a very large bedroom offered with big windows in a second story apartment on 26th and NE Coolidge Way. It included an extra large storage closet with a lock on the door.
It is extra clean here.
We are 2 women with pets that stay in our rooms. Both of us are super mellow and have 0 conflict. We do our chores and spend most of our time in our rooms or out of the house.
The living room is a space we don’t use so I have decided to partition it really well with thicker slab of insulation and sound proof partitioning curtains on both sides of the wall with a door cut into it.
It’s 800 a month including utilities.
It’s connected to the kitchen but it’s honestly more sound proof than the actual walls in here this way anyhow.
Both of us are rarely in the kitchen also.
1 bathroom but is easily sharable with another courteous person.

First, Last, and Deposit to hold the room/move in
It is available immediately.
Pets ok with ESA
We can always have you removed from the lease but it is through February and I am planning to stay here long term and renew the lease.
