Looking to rent a bedroom to one person in my 3 bedroom home with central heating & air. Utilities included. Fully fenced yard. House is close to shopping. Prefer someone that works during the day. I just bought a electric reclining couch and big screen tv for the living room. The house is furnished, pictures are from when I purchased the property. New washer & dryer has been installed. Cannabis and smoking ok on outside covered front door. 1 car parking space max. I'm am a 48-year-old professional male that doesn’t party. I have a office at the back of the property that I work from. I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 7am and would prefer someone with a similar sleep schedule. I like to bbq, play video games and watch movies. Bathroom is shared with me and the very rare occasion a guest comes over.
