Two small room available in a old house on a few acres,,500 for one room,, if you want the second room, we can figure something out ,,very much out of town, but on a public school bus line ..there is no stores close, so transportation is a must.,, there is a huge garden area , two acres, there is three large dogs, and a cat ,NO MORE ANIMALS , the room is upstairs, and there is a very steep staircase, will not work for physically challenged ,,,the rooms are almost completely private, we have mini bikes and go carts for kids if that is of interest, we don’t smoke in the house ,, the price includes power, garbage, Internet, etc.. helping in the yard is an expected part of living here just to be upfront,, perfect for a single parent very kid friendly home, kids in the neighborhood, etc.,, my daughter and granddaughter frequent the house regularly,,, ,if you’re interested, shoot me a text and I will respond with more information,,
