I have 2 rooms for rent in a private home with a beautiful view. Quiet and close to town. Shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living area. The larger master bedroom with walk in closet is 1,300/mo. The smaller room is 1,100/mo. All utilities and high-speed internet are included in rent. No pets, as I currently have 3 cats (must like cats). No drugs, smoking, heavy drinking. I'm a professional that works long hours and am looking for someone with the same values to share my space with. An application is required and will include a background check as well as a credit check and rental history check. There is a $50 application fee. First and last month rent as well as a 1,000 deposit is required.
