'76 VW Bus Pop-Up Camper -- $24k OBO - $24,000 (Corvallis)

'Rita (short for Marguerita, for the color) is a 1976 VW Westfalia Pop-up Camper. We're the 3rd owners and she has always been garaged. Only 83,200 miles! She's been well-maintained at NoName in Eugene by the previous owners, and then Independent Auto Werks (formerly BugWerks) here in Corvallis. All maintenance records available.
Water and Electrical hookups fully functional. Upholstery excellent. Body/Paint in very good shape. Propane system intact and works great w/ 2-burner stove. Refrigerator even works!
UPGRADES from prior owners:
Retractable seatbelts in back seats.
AM/FM/CD/BT/USB stereo w/ 4 speakers.
New pop-top canvas installed just before we bought her in August of 2021.
UPGRADES we've done:
New wiper motor.
Retractable seat belts in front seats.
Blaze-Cut installed in engine bay.
5 new tires (full-size spare) less than a year ago.
Spare now professionally mounted on front of bus, leaving a bit more storage room in the cabin!
Loud horn (think regular car, not meep-meep).
CB Whip antenna (removable). Handheld CB radio included in package. Antenna is tuned, but will also include tuner for you.
Bus Depot "EZY-Awning" with all 3 walls, along with hardware to either clamp to rain gutter or use 2 extra stand-alone poles.
Matching green "Recovery Tracks"
TB-51 AC/DC Fridge/Freezer w/ cover. (not the little pink one pictured ;^))
Included in package: Full roll of Fat Mat if you want to add some insulation for sound/heat.
Included in package: C-Tek battery tender w/ pigtails already installed (see photos).
CAVEATS / things we haven't gotten around to:
Factory-installed cabin heating cooling systems work just as well as they did when she rolled off the factory floor! ;^)
The switch to turn on/off water is a bit finicky and should probably be cleaned or replaced.
The tabletop for the back is missing (prior to us) but we do have the pole/mounting.
Rear speakers are not connected to stereo, and just need to be wired (no one has felt like removing headliner).
The refrigerator works fine on 'shore power' but if running off Leisure battery, it performs less well. That's why we bought (and are including in your package!) the AC/DC fridge/freezer!
Horn contacts need cleaning underneath steering wheel cap.
VIN available on request if you want to run a car-fax, but FYI she is clean!
