In search of safe temporary parking for gorgeous trailer (Corvallis to Newport)

I am looking for a temporary parking spot for a couple of months for my truck and gorgeous silver trailer. It is not an eyesore and i am tidy and quiet. I’ll likely not be around for more than a few days at a time as I am a contractor working throughout the state. I am currently renting a space from a wonderful landlord in southern Oregon but am finding the cost of diesel and travel time to be burdensome. I have excellent references and can afford up to $500. I would love to have potable water available nearby, but can manage the rest as I am accustomed to living off grid, although electric hookup (just a normal 110 outlet is sufficient) would be wonderful. I am exploring buying a home in the area and would love to be more integrated into the community before I decide fully. I have a reliable vehicle, motorcycle and a very well behaved 9 year old canine best friend who is great with cats and livestock. Do you have land in a farm or ranch and need some assistance? I have been a caregiver, land steward and a general contractor and feel comfortable doing most everything in between. Please spread the word to friends and family as I would love to be here as soon as possible beginning in September. I’d likely need a space through fall.
