Experienced mobile mechanic with over 34 years in the automotive repair industry seeking a small, affordable space for RV living. Access to a shop or garage would be a plus, but is not required.
I operate a low-volume, referral-based automotive repair business (established in 2012), focused on providing reliable and affordable services at approximately one-third of standard shop rates. Approximately 80% of my work comes through word-of-mouth, reflecting a strong reputation for honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
About Me:
Quiet, responsible 51-year-old
Owner of a friendly, well-behaved 9-year-old dog
Clean, organized, and respectful of property
Experienced mechanic and skilled handyman
Established local customer base
Space Requirements:
Space suitable for parking a 32’ RV
Access to basic utilities (power, water, sewer preferred)
Small yard area for one dog (always leashed and supervised)
Preferred Location:
Sweet Home or Lebanon area
Additional Information:
RV is a 1985 Southwind, in fair condition and will require a tarp.
I have access to a tow truck for transport and placement
Alternatively, I have a finished 8' x 12' shed (insulated, sheetrocked, and carpeted) that could be used or expanded into a small living space. Open to making property improvements or building out a space, with terms to be discussed
I am seeking a practical, affordable arrangement while I continue to grow my business and work toward securing a permanent residence. I am also open to flexible rental or rent-to-own arrangements.
