CDB5534 Eval Board - $50 (Corvallis)

A recent version of this eval board is still being sold at places like Mouser and Digikey. I have no idea what the differences are between the newer version and this older board or if the IC itself is much different. Again, for you to find out.
My guess is that this is still a good board for any student wanting to learn about ADC development or even develop a board of their own since the IC is still being produced as far as I can tell. Asking $50.
