We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Duties
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend accurate, necessary repairs
Perform routine maintenance and major mechanical repairs
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions
Document all work performed accurately and legibly on repair orders
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an auto technician,experience working on Japanese vehicles preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Ability to use diagnostic tools and understand electronic control systems
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online repair manuals
Strong customer service and communication skills
ASE certification preferred
