This is a Harbor Freight tire machine, which they still sell. I've used it for several sets of tires, and it's way more than paid for itself. It comes complete with the mount/dismount pry bar, built-in bead breaker and the instruction manual. I am also including a jug of rubber lube and a sealing donut for those pesky tires with wimpy sidewalls. This isn't a heavy duty commercial tire machine, but if used with care, it works just fine for 13" to 16" wheels. You probably couldn't have a pair of tires mounted at Les Schwab for this price...
