No leaks, no broken windows, AC works great, needs the plumbing and heating worked on, waste wagon and hoses will be included, will need a little going thru, diamond in the rough 5 wheel, needs some work, cozy for an extra space for out of town family/guests, would need to make arrangements for transport not able to provide that, needs some tlc good for someone who is handy, $1500.00/obo
