Size: 6’ x 12’7” with 3’ A-frame hitch = 15’7” overall.
Weight: ~ 2,000 lbs
Insulation: 1-inch polyurethane foam panel in walls; 1.5-inch polyurethane foam ceiling
Exterior walls: Aluminum baked-on paint in colors of red and silver accent
Exterior roof: 6’x12’ one-piece aluminum panel, unpainted
Suspension: Single**Axle, leaf spring, with Dexter electrical brakes
Floor: ¾ Exterior plywood, weather treated bottom surface, interior one-piece vinyl flooring
Windows: Two - Each side has one with movable lower panel for ventilation and emergency exit hinges. Windows have curtains, mounted beneath red-painted wood valance
Interior wood frames: Support double bed above the lower storage space and side storage. Lower storage space fits fishing personal water-craft and fishing gear, kayaks etc. Side storage space has deep-cycle battery, water tank, camping chairs, and many drawers for groceries and supplies.
Kitchen: Birch cabinet-grade plywood cabinets in front to hold sink, cook-top stove, roll-out ice chest with Formica kitchen counter top.
Potable water: 15-gallon storage tank with 12-volt pump to deliver 2.5 gal/min @ 50 psi. Water plumbed to kitchen sink and shower connection adjacent to rear door.
All plumbing in PEX tubing.
Electrical: 30-amp connector and 25 ft cable for shore power when available.
Circuit breaker - 15 amp to duplex in rear of trailer for battery charging.
Circuit breaker - 15 amp to four-plex over kitchen counter in front of trailer. Battery is 12 volt deep cycle, 94 amp-hour with fused distribution for all circuits. Battery directly powers all lights, water pump, roof ventilation fan, Porta-Potty flush and auxillary outlets. Wiring is 14-gauge stranded and color coded.
Heat: Portable propane catalytic, variable 4,000 BTU to 8,000 BTU when there is no shore power. Electrical powered oil-fin 1,500 watts [500 W, 1000 W, 1500W] when shore power available.
Cooking: Propane cook-top two-burner stove, 5,200 BTU and 7,200 BTU
Sink: Plumbed for hot and cold water. Drains directly to 20-gallon grey-water holding tank mounted beneath the trailer floor that has RV drain fittings for RV dump stations.
Lighting: All fixtures are LED lamps, two over kitchen counter, one in ceiling over eating table, two near bed in rear of trailer. One outdoor porch light on side of trailer.
Eating Table: “bread board” panel that slides out from beneath the bed. It measures 30”wide x 24” deep with Formica top; self-stores beneath bed when not in use.
Bed: Inner-spring mattress, like new, came from custom bed manufactured in Germany.
