Amazing floor plan! Bedroom in the front and living room in the back Which makes it feel Huge! Big kitchen space. We started remodeling this trailer to live in it full time, but are plans have changed due change in are jobs, There is still a little work that needs to be done on the trailer but it is just cosmetic work! I am open to finishing the painting and fixing all the little stuff for full price but if you want to finish it I would be okay Negotiating a lower price. The bed room is all white and and the wood work is primed so all you would need is to choose a color! the only thing that doesn't work the best is the fridge, it turns on but doesn't seem to get cold enough , it could be simple or need to be replaced. We were plaining on putting a residential fridge in! the fridge spot is huge! Shot me a message if you have any questions! or would like to see it! we are open too creative finance (subject 2)
